Is previous experience in the sector required?
Experience in the sector is important but not essential. Aliset makes available all its experience and know-how to its franchisees, minimising business start-up risks.

What is the minimum investment required?

The total investment, which varies depending on the size of the premises, is roughly 1,300 Euros per square metre, excluding installations and any building work.

Do you offer easy payment terms?

Yes, we can offer easy payment terms via arranged forms of leasing.

What size premises are required for the business?

The surface area required for opening a coffee shop is between a minimum of 50 and a maximum of 250 m2, also depending on the format of the premises chosen from the different modules offered. The optimal surface area is 100 m2.

Is there an entry fee?
The entry fee is approximately 15,000 Euros.

How long does the contract last?

The contract lasts 6 years and is renewable.

How does the system of royalties operate?

Payment of royalties is equal to 5% of the turnover when the business is up and running. Special terms are available for the first year of business.

What characteristics must a location have?

In general, it must be located in a busy area, whether in a historic centre of a well-known tourist town, in a town with at least 30,000 inhabitants or in a shopping mall.

Do you offer sole area rights?

Yes. To enable every franchisee to run its business in the best possible way, Aliset offers sole rights for territorial areas.

What is the average annual turnover?

The estimated annual takings for the franchisee vary according to the size of the premises, with a monthly average of approximately 400 Euros per square metre. 

How many staff are required to run a business?

The number of employees varies depending on the size of the premises; in general, in addition to the manager, we calculate from a minimum of two to a maximum of five people.

What items are included in the basic investment?

The franchising proposed by Crestanello includes everything the franchisee needs to start up the business: furnishing of the premises, equipment, basic supply of raw materials and merchandise, consulting in choice of the location, staff training, know-how and support.
